Welcome to Verde Valley Fiber Artisans

Welcome to the world of the fiber artists who live, work, and create in the Verde Valley of Northern Arizona. Members of the guild live in Sedona, Cottonwood, Flagstaff, Camp Verde and Rimrock as well as a few remote members who visit us in person or via Zoom.

We are now operating as Verde Valley Fiber Artisans. This reflects that membership is not limited to artists who weave or spin, but to anyone who shares a passion for creating with all aspects of the fiber medium, including knitting, felting, sewing, basketry, and many other talents.

Please use the links above to explore our site and learn more about us!

Holiday Party, December 18

This will be a potluck luncheon. Bring a dish to share. If you haven’t signed up, let us know at
vvwsg1@gmail.com what food item you plan to bring. We will also be having a gift exchange. If you wish to participate, please bring a wrapped fiber art gift that is priced no more than $25.

During the business meeting preceding the luncheon, we will brief members on the success of our recent sale. After the meeting, we will be making pincushions and Dorset buttons for inclusion in the goody bags at the Arizona Fiber Festival in April. If you haven’t registered yet for this, be sure to go online to see all the great workshops offered.
